DEI SURVEY | DATA ASSESSMENT
A comprehensive, customized survey, designed to uncover DE&I strengths and opportunities for growth. This data lacks identifiers, creating a space for anonymous, honest feedback. Designed and analyzed by our staff statistician/epidemiologist.
FOCUSED FACILITATOR CERTIFICATION
This sixteen hour training will deepen your DEI facilitation skills and is designed specifically for those leading others through conversations, discussions, and group planning.
ADVANCED FACILITATION CERTIFICATION
A twelve hour training designed specifically for only those who have completed the CS Focused Facilitator certification. This advanced certification focuses on pod creation and development, accountability and healing, transformative justice, and advanced facilitation techniques.
CATALYST DINNERS
Our cornerstone program, Catalyst Dinners is an at-minimum 5 month process that will engage your community in the doing the work of forming relational networks that are designed to capitalize on the power of a shared meal and move through a guided conversation around topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The results are transformative and exponential.
FACILITATION SESSIONS
Let Conversation Starters facilitate guided conversations with interested individuals around specific, current issues (Let’s Talk) or invite staff to read a book, watch a film/documentary, or listen to a podcast and then come and discuss it with us (Afterthoughts). Topics are specifically chosen to support DEI goals.
